Our company has been using QuickBooks Enterprise Suite (Canadian Edition) since 2021. We have been experiencing technical issues between the Enterprise software and QuickBooks Time since Sept 2021 when attempting to sync data between the two. The process worked effectively prior to this date. Multiple attempts have been made to re-download the web connector file, and several calls have been made to QuickBooks support where no solution was provided other than to refund two months of QuickBooks Time subscription fees.
Timesheet Export Errors:
The amount of time it takes to manually enter all of the time data is costing the company a considerable amount of money. The issue has gone unresolved for long enough that we are considering changing accounting software suites entirely. I'm writing this in hopes that someone may have found a solution to this problem, or that someone in tech support can work with us to resolve the problem and get the time application properly syncing with the accounting software again.
Being able to connect your QuickBooks Enterprise to QuickBooks Time is a great way to manage and transfer your employees timesheets. I'd be happy to help you get the two synced again.
The first step would be to disconnect your QuickBooks Time from your QuickBooks Enterprise as there could be an issue with the connection. Once it's disconnected you can follow the steps in this article to set it up again using the web connector.

This issue was not resolved by the QB support team after months of attempts.
Requests to refund subscription fees were denied. Terrible customer support.
We will be discontinuing our business relationship with QB and moving onto a more functional product.
