Any specific concern why do you consider switching to QBO?

I have been using desktop for 20 plus years and have a client on desktop.   They are wondering if they should switch.  I am not keen on it as I have tried it before with a prior client and he went back to desktop.

You should stick with QB Desktop. Unless you have another concern.
