You can change the language in your company settings by following these steps;
1. Open Settings ⚙ in the top right and select Account and settings
2. Choose Company from the left menu

This procedure indeed works for QuickBooks Online but I am not able to do it in QuickBooks Time.

While QuickBooks Online is available in both languages, QuickBooks Time is a software that is only able to be set up in English. I can see how having this program available in French would help.
