What URLs/ports need to be whitelisted in our the firewall so that Quickbooks can communicate with Intuit's servers? Getting error #403 behind our proxy server and need to know the URL the updates are going to so we can add to our whitelist. Called QB support and they do not provide that info.

hi @dbullough
If you're encountering QuickBooks Update Error #403 while trying to update QuickBooks behind a proxy or firewall, it’s likely that the firewall or proxy server is blocking QuickBooks from connecting to Intuit's servers. This error typically occurs when your firewall is not configured to allow QuickBooks to access necessary URLs and ports for updates or communications with Intuit.
To resolve this issue, you need to ensure that certain URLs and ports are whitelisted in your firewall/proxy configuration so that QuickBooks can successfully communicate with Intuit’s servers. Unfortunately, QuickBooks support does not typically provide a full list of URLs, but based on known requirements, we can outline what needs to be allowed.
