How do I email a question about my account?

I printed a ROE ,

The ROE does not payroll records kept in quickbooks online 

 

I want to know why the numbers are wrong , they dont match up 

this is an accounting program , it cant keep numbers right ?

Using the information entered on the employee profile and the pay runs in the books, Online Payroll automatically generates an ROE form for you. Having more information about where exactly in your form you suspect having an error will help us better assist you in resolving this discrepancy. In case you're referring to box 15C on your form, here's an article to help you understand how the reporting works towards that: Why does box 15C on the Record of Employment not match the payroll details or paycheque list?
