When I generate the T4 Summary the Employment Income total does not match to the totals in Box 14 on the T4s. No matter what reports I pull up I can not figure out the total on the T4 Summary. I wish you could click on the amount and pull up the data behind it.
Has anyone else come across this issue?
Thank you....

Hi,
I'm having the same issue with the T4 Summary not corresponding with the payroll summary for the same time frame, only it's not adding up the Employer portion of the CPP and EI correctly. I went through all the T4's and am convinced the payroll summary is correct and the individual T4's are correct. It's t T4 Summary that is off for some reason. I called QB and was told there are a few people contacting them with the same issue. They said they will get back to me when they figure out what is going on. Meanwhile, I tried rebuilding my data and that didn't do anything. So, then I opened the _T4Slips.xml file that QB creates to send to CRA and I found that this file is showing the correct amounts. So, I submitted it to the CRA and am hoping QB comes up with a solution for their T4 Summary issues.
