If the transaction was downloaded from your bank, you can undo the categorization. Then, change its transaction type to transfer. Here's how:
- Select My apps, then choose Accounting.
- Go to Bank transactions, then head to the Posted tab.
- Locate the transaction, and click the Undo option.
- Open the transaction in the Pending tab, and pick Transfer from the Transaction type drop-down menu.
- Add the necessary info, then hit Post.
Once done, don’t forget to mark the transaction as reconciled. To do this, go to the register, find the transaction, and click the box in the Checkmark column until you see the letter "R".
