It's important that your books be kept in good order in order for you to be able to view your company's finances. QuickBooks Online is a great tool able to let you see your books from anywhere with an internet connection. I can point you in the right direction for assistance.
For help with getting into your account, you'd need to reach out to the QuickBooks Online support team outside of the Community. They'll be able to verify your account info in the system to help you get back into your account. You can reach them using these steps:
Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.

My account is paid up and is not even 1 year old yet, let alone lapsed for that long. This error message is wrong. I've talked to support about 8 times. 10+ hours later, after pushing and pushing and pushing, I've found out it's part of an investigation, INV-78091, engineering is looking for a solution. With no timeline and no solution available, this ends my relationship with QuickBooks.
