Hi Christine31,
Importing information into your QuickBooks Online account is a great way to save time and not have to enter everything all over again. I can help go over how to import into your account.
One of the best things about QuickBooks Online is how easy it is to import information and how much you can move over. However, at this time, the option to import classes isn't available. One workaround, would be manually assigning classes when they're imported or you can consider checking out third party applications which will help import the invoices with classes. To do this, visit the QuickBooks App Center through this link https://apps.intuit.com/.
This link also goes over more about what you can import into your QuickBooks online account: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-ca/getting-started/common-questions-about-importing-d...
Have a great weekend!

Another option, utilize a 3rd party migration tool to insert the Class data.

Expensify tells me you're wrong. We're already using Expensify - it was chosen for the integration capabilities, so we won't be switching now. We need to make it work without paying yet another software fee.
