Representative advised me today to try and get a 2021 desktop from a retail, as i want to purchase it outright; does Costco sell additional quickbook users?

How do I obtain an one time license?  I currently have QB Premier 2018 and cannot open a company file my accountant has created. Hoping a newer version will help!

Ask your accountant which QB Desktop year version they use.
