If you haven't done so already, I recommend clearing cache on your browser. In addition, I suggest trying other browsers such as Firefox, Edge, Google Chrome or Safari. You can also access the training modules and webinars within your QuickBooks Online account by following these steps;
1. From the left menu, open ProAdvisor then Training
2. Choose Webinar or Self Paced

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
