Hello there, Grace. Currently, the file formats supported for importing information to QuickBooks Online only include CSV files, Google Sheets, and XLS or XLSX files.
IIF is a file format used by QuickBooks Desktop, and you may need to convert it to a supported format before importing it into QuickBooks Online (QBO). To directly import IIF files into QuickBooks, you can use/browse a third-party importer tool available on the QuickBooks App Store website.
