Hello, modern. You’ll have to contact the eBay Connector support team through the Support or Contact section of this article. Since their software moves data between eBay and QuickBooks Online, only they can identify exactly why the process is stuck.
Also, to determine if the data format from eBay is unrecognized or if QuickBooks is rejecting the transactions because a specific GST/HST setting hasn't been enabled. They are the best team to help you update those settings and push these order refunds through.
