Thanks for touching base with us here. QuickBooks Online Payroll enables you to setup your employees, so you can pay them with confidence. It's essential that prior payroll history is applied, to ensure accurate calculations on all payroll forms. I would be glad to assist!
If you haven't run payroll yet, you can enter the prior payroll history for your employee by following the steps here. However, if you've already submitted payroll, you'll need to contact our QuickBooks Online Payroll specialists outside of Community. They'll have the ability to work with you personally, and enter the required information on your behalf.
