Thus, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Support Team to add you as one of the affected users and notification list. You can follow the steps below:
- Click Help (?).
- Click Contact us.
- Enter a short description of your concern like getting 502 bad gateway when trying to access payroll.
- Then, click Let's Talk.
- Click Get a callback.
- Enter your contact information.
- Select Call me.
