I recommend logging into your bank's website and ensure there are no notifications that require your attention. It's important that any updates or changes on your bank's end, will also need to be updated in QuickBooks. If you continue to get an error, click here.

I believe there is an issue with RBC although the tech team has told me otherwise. Two of my clients are still having issues getting their RBC VISA statements in QBO despite reconnecting, clearing cache and cookies. One client even went so far as to reset the password. Everything was fine up until October.
