I want to send a batch e-mail to customer from my QB customer but when I sign into their account the e-mail is from my personal e-mail. Not the business e-mail?

I am a bookkeeper with many QBonline customers.  I do not want the customers of my clients knowing my name and e-mail but batch e-mails come from me personally not the business.

Hello jennygough,

Thanks for joining the Community. I'll be happy to assist you with navigating QuickBooks so you can get back to doing what you enjoy.

To get started, I'd like to make sure I'm on the same page as you. Could you share more details about the steps you're taking to send the batch email to customers? Otherwise, I encourage you to check out the following article that shows you how to: Change your customer-facing email address. I encourage you to check out the article and let me know if you have additional questions .

I'll be one message away in case you need anything else.

Hi JamesM4

I read your recommendation and looked but no, the customer facing is correct.

I access google chrome through my client's account.

I log into my client's Microsoft Office 365 and open Outlook.

I log into my Quickbooks online personal account and choose the Quickbooks online client that I will be working with.

I access the customers and choose who will be included in the batch e-mail.  A new e-mail is created with my clients in the Bcc section of the e-mail address.  Quickbooks separates the address with commas, Outlook requires the separation with semi-colons.

I change the commas to semi-colons, type the body of the e-mail, press send.

The letter has been sent from my personal e-mail address that is used with my Quickbooks account login.

Because everything else is logged in through my client, I can only conclude that my e-mail address is being picked up by my Quickbooks account.
