Welcome to Community! I can understand how the loss of connection with your financial institution and QuickBooks Online, can have a negative impact on your day. When this happens, our Development Team prioritizes the investigation, so you can update your transactions as soon as possible. However, some issues may take a little longer to resolve. To ensure your books are accurate, and prevent any associated fees, you can manually upload your transactions. I would be happy to show you how!

You can permanently delete the transactions from the Excluded tab by selecting all items and then hit Delete. This process is irreversible and any transactions deleted in error will need to be recreated manually.
You're ready to match and categorize your transactions. Here's a helpful guide for future reference, to assist with manually uploading transactions in QuickBooks Online.
If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to reach back out. We would love to help!
You can use MT Online or one of the converter tools (e.g csv2qbo @ $60 one time license) as a workaround.
