Here's how to confirm if a customer receipt has been sent;
1. From the left menu, open +New
2. Select Sales Receipt
3. Click on the History icon in the top left (looks like a clock)
4. Hit View more
5. Locate the receipt in the list and click on it to open it
6. Scroll to the bottom and hit More
7. Choose Audit History
