My client has a - in her first name, it's on the CC, but your system won't accept it as a valid entry into the CC payment.

Seems like a bit of a ridiculous oversight...

Hey there RM2002,

Welcome to the QuickBooks Community! Thanks for reaching out to us here. QuickBooks Online is a great tool able to help keep your books balanced. I would be happy to provide some information.

When entering your clients name, you can leave out the dash. This should allow you to continue with the Payment process. If you require further assistance, I recommend reaching out to the support team outside of the Community. They'll be able to verify your account details in a secure setting, as well as view your screen to better assist you. You can reach them by following one of these methods:

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
Social Media: Facebook and Twitter

If you have any other questions, feel free to reach out here.

Hello again, Thanks for reaching back out. I feel you'd benefit more by contacting our support team outside of the Community. You can reach them by following one of the options provided above.

Already did that earlier. The reason i'm posting here because support acknowledges this as a problem with the payment system, hoping to get this some attention.
