Can I crete a client statement with the overdue statements only

Hello Partnersingrime,

This is a great question. I know how useful statements can be for communicating with your customers to make sure that they know what's owed so you can get paid on time or without too much delay. I see you've chosen QuickBooks Self-Employed as the version of the software you're using, and I can go over how this version of the program.

QuickBooks Self-Employed offers a simplified bookkeeping experience, focusing on features like invoicing, expensing, taxes, and mileage. At this time, it doesn't have the option to create customer statements that you can send out to let your customers know their transactions, balances owed, or otherwise.

Given that, what I recommend is creating such a document outside of the program to communicate the information you need with your customers. That way, they can be sure to know they need to follow up with you and make payments.

I invite you to leave feedback about this option as well. You can do so by following these steps.

  1. Select the Assistant feature.
  2. Type and enter "feedback" in the chat window.
  3. Follow the prompts.

If customer statements are something you'd like to being using with your business right now, an option you can consider is switching to QuickBooks Online, which does have this capability. Here are some links that can help you decide if that's the right move for you.

Wishing you the best!
