I appreciate you reaching out here, to inform other QuickBooks Online Payroll users of the issue you've experienced. Our Development Team is working diligently on getting this resolved in a timely fashion. Although we don't have an ETA for resolution, I encourage anyone experiencing the same outcome with CPP calculations, to contact us outside of Community. This will allow a member of our Customer Care team to ensure you're added to the list of affected users, so you'll receive an email notification when the issue has been fixed.
Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.

One of my clients is having the same problem.
