In QuickBooks Online (QBO), it is not possible to generate reports that include attached linked documents directly. Attachments are associated with individual transactions such as invoices, bills, and expenses, but they aren't included in reports for viewing or exporting.
To locate and manage attachments, you can use the Attachments section under Lists in the Gear icon. This section will display all uploaded files along with links to their related transactions for easy access.
From there, you can track the attachments by clicking them under the Links column to open the specific transaction and check the section at the bottom. While attachments won't appear in reports, this is a simple way to locate your files.
