Can I print all the individual amounts from a split deposit when I print or export the history report?

Hi there,

When you enter a transaction into the account history, only one account can be associated with it. But if you need to list multiple accounts, you'll record a split transaction. I can see why you'd like to see all amounts associated with the split deposit on the account history when you go to print it out. I'll explain how this is going to appear when you print the account history.

Here's how you'll print the account history:

1. Click the Accounting tab on the left navigation menu.

2. Select the Chart of Accounts

3. Find the account you'd like to print the report for, then click Account History.

4. Click the small Printer icon.

When you have split transactions in the register, you'll see a "Split" label on the transaction, but you're not able to see further details, or the amount breakdowns for the transaction.

I know how helpful it would be for you to see more detailed information here, and I'd be happy to submit your feedback about this to my team. You can submit this feedback on your end as well by clicking the Gear icon > Feedback
