Can you print an AR report showing amounts greater than zero?

Making sure your business is doing well is made much simpler using reports. QuickBooks Online gives you the option to customize reports in order to best suit your needs. I can provide some insight into this.

There is the option to make your AR reports show only non-zero lines, but this will still show the lines with customers that have a credit to their balance as a negative amount in the report. The only way to print an AR report with the negative amounts not present would be to export into Excel and remove them from there.

I can see how this would be something that could be interesting as a feature. You can leave feedback by clicking on the Gear Icon, then Feedback. Comments ade in this section are considered by the developers when designing new features for QuickBooks Online.

The AR Aging Summary Report has clients listed, even though their balance is zero. When I customize the reports and select "SHOW ALL NUMBERS" "Except Zero Amounts" the system only replaces the zeros with a line. I would think that option would remove all clients with a zero balance in the TOTAL COLUMN. Can someone please fix this flaw. I have spent a considerable amount of time with the QuickBooks support team and even they cannot solve the issue.
