Hi there,
Thanks for reaching out to us in the Community. QuickBooks Online gives you access to tons of reports to help you see all your business information clearly. I'd be happy to help you generate the kind of report you're looking for.
Can you please clarify what you mean by a 'quick ratio' report?
QB does not do financial ratio reports, a long time sadly lacking aspect of reporting.
Best you can do is export the report that ha the base information (balance sheet in this case) to excel and run the math there
How can we customize the Balance Sheet report? It would be convenient to select certain Balance Sheet accounts and save as a customized. For example, select all cash, cash equivalents, accounts payable, credit cards....... It is too time consuming to export to excel and filter out all non-relevant accounts each time we need view these type of ratios.
Hi there,

Reach out if there's anything else I can do to help. :)
Thank you for the link. Unfortunately, when trying to customize the Balance Sheet you cannot, from what I can see, select Distribution Account drop-down under filters. Perhaps I'm doing something wrong. Please clarify if possible. Thanks!
I see what you're saying. You're correct. For the Balance Sheet Report, you can select Customer, Supplier, Location, Class, and Product/Services under the filter options.
Depending on which report you're running, the customization options may vary.
I am taking the Quickbooks Computer accounting class 2018. On page 454 & 455, it is asking me to calculate ratios from the reports I have run. Is there a ratio report I can use? It wants me to calculate the ratio between current assests and current liabilties. How do I do this?
Hi, jangulo1011. Thanks for reaching out. It's really exciting to hear that you've been taking a QuickBooks computer accounting class! As mentioned above, QBO doesn't provide financial ratio reports. If you need assistance with an assignment, I'd suggest reaching out to your course administrator. I'm confident they'll be able to clarify the assignment and get you back on track.
Cheers.
