How to print sales transactions without having info to left appear on printed sheet, eg dashboard, banking, etc.

Hi there,

QuickBooks Online makes it simple to print sales transactions and I'd be happy to steer you in the right direction.

Since I'm not sure about the exact sales transactions you're referring to, I'll show you two ways to print out transactions in QB Online. The first way is printing from the Account Register page. Here's how:

  1. Click Accounting.
  2. Click Chart of Accounts.
  3. Select the account you want to print, and click the drop-down arrow beside View register.
  4. Click Run report.
  5. Change the Report period, and click Run report.
  6. Click the print icon.

The second way would be running a Transaction Detail Report which you can filter and print without showing the left navigation bar. Here's how:

  1. Go to Reports.
  2. Search for the Transaction Detail by Account report in the search box.
  3. Click on the Customize button.
  4. Click on the Filter drop-down and filter the report to your liking.
  5. Click on the Run report button.
