It appears all it took was more money... haha They have changed the structure of the subscriptions at some point, I was not made aware of it, so I am not certain when. I upgraded my subscription to the next level and now the reports are displaying properly again. QB help was not even aware of this change when I called them.
All of a sudden my comparison reports (BS and PL) will not show the "change" column. The option to choose this, either $ or % is not available at the top of the report. Has QB changed something, or is this just a temporary glitch? I am a 30 year user, I have tried all of the basic thing... cleared cache, logged out and back in, even the gear icon does not have drop down options to fix this.
