It's awesome to hear that you're using the Income Tracker to help keep tabs what transactions need taking care of and how your business is doing overall. It's definitely a great resource. There isn't a way to generate a single report from that tracker, although I do think that's a great idea. I recommend sharing that with our product development team by going to Help > Send Feedback Online > Product Suggestion.
Seeing all of that information will mean pulling up a few different reports, such as the following: Open Invoices, Estimates by Customer, Income by Customer, Pending Sales, and more. Go to the Report Centre from the Reports menu, and then enter keywords into the search bar to find the information you're looking for. There are plenty to choose from and I'm confident with what's available and a little report customization, you can find what you need.
There are also a number of reports that'll show you unbilled time and expenses, however, if something is a billable expense, it'll need to be billed before it shows up on the income side of things. Some of the reports you can pull to see unbilled costs include Unbilled Costs by Job, Unbilled Expenses by Project, Billed/Unbilled Hours by Person, and several others. Again, I encourage you to take a look at what's available to get a sense of what information you can see.
