We like our reports to display Credit and Debit columns vs Amount to avoid confusion. I tried setting up a report and memorizing it, but that doesnt work if i am drilling into a transaction report by double-clicking on an entry.
Is there somewhere i can set up the report layout so it presents the way i want, no matter how i access it? Thanks!

Hello again!
Let's take a look at what the options are so you can keep a copy of this report for easy access.
You and I are on the same wavelength as my mind immediately jumped to memorizing the report. From what you've described, it sounds like you can successfully memorize initial report, but it's the report that populates from drilling down that you'd also like to have memorized.
Knowing more about which reports you're pulling and being able to test it out would be ideal here to see what can be done. Generally speaking, however, reports that are produced from drilling down on report lines won't memorize the way you'd like them to. If you were to memorize one of those reports, it would be that specific report itself that gets memorized, not its format for use in other instances where you drill down.
The thought behind this process is a great idea and I encourage you to leave feedback for the product development team by going to Help and choosing Send Feedback Online.
If you'd like some one-on-one time with an agent to check into what options may be available to you, get in touch by calling 1-877-772-9158. Pro and Premier support is available 24/7, and Enterprise and ProAdvisor support can be reached Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. ET.
I hope that helps!

Am I missing something? Why is the question marked "solved" when clearly no solution was provided? Is it the OP who marks the question "Solved"?
I marked it solved as there did not seem to be anything that could be done under the present circumstances. i.e. my question was answered.
