Thanks. However I should have been more specific.
I was looking for all the transaction fees related to invoices where customers paid by Quickbooks Credit card
Nagui
For QuickBooks online:
-Go to Gear icon > Account & Settings > Payments > Documents
There you will find a drop down list, then just choose which month you want to run the Merchant report for.
It will give you a summary for all the credit card charges, but not by customer unfortunately.
How would I find this same information for Desktop 2019 Nonprofit edition? I'm not sure what my monthly charges for QB are for - would this information give me the breakdown of regular monthly charges, plus charges for payroll services and such?
Hi karen-m-kane,
I can understand the importance of keeping on top of your monthly charges for QuickBooks Desktop. With the customer account maintenance portal (CAMPs), you can manage your account and see what you've purchased for products and services. I'd be happy to show you how!
You can see anything billed, paid and what method of payment was used in the last two years. Here's the steps that will take you there:
1. Sign into camps.intuit.com
2. Choose View your transaction history
3. Select a date range from the Time Period drop-down menu
Note: You can select transactions from the past 2 years
4. Locate the order you need and select the Order Number to see order details
5. Hit Print this page, to print the transaction list
6. Select Back to my Account to go back to your CAMPS dashboard.
If there's anything else we can assist you with, please don't hesitate to reach out. We'd be glad to help!
This was great help! Now how do I find out which customer & transaction is attached to each fee?
