With this, I recommend reaching out to our phone support team so they can link your account to the list of affected users. That way, you'll receive email updates once resolved.
Here's how:
- Click the Help icon indicated with a question mark.
- Select Contact us and then enter your concern about invoices showing as sent but reflects as viewed on the Audit Log report.
- Then, click Let's talk.
- Choose to Get a callback to connect with a live agent through call.
