I hear what you're saying about printing invoices one-by-one can take time, and I know business owners often have a lot of work to get done. I'd be happy to go over how printing works in QuickBooks Self-Employed so you know for certain the steps you can take to get the information you're looking for.
QuickBooks Self-Employed's Invoices tab is relatively simple, providing you with the list of invoices that you can manage as needed. Among the options is printing, however, there isn't an option at this time to print in batch from QuickBooks Self-Employed like there is for QuickBooks Online. Printing one at a time is the way to go to get physical copies of the invoices you need, so please continue to work with that option.
I also recommend submitting feedback to let our product development team know how this sort of feature would be useful for you. Leaving feedback is just a quick process that you can complete using the steps below.
