How can I write off invoices without shows overstated collected invoices under sales account

I know all those steps and the final presentation is wrong. Because it shows bad debts invoices as collected and overstated number without right impact on P&L.  Do you have any manual entry can fix this issue or any solutions.  

In this case, having a sense of what you're looking at and what you mean when you say "overstated" amounts will be helpful in determining what steps you should take here.
