Welcome to Community! QuickBooks Online makes it easy to email your forms to your customers. When the associated email addresses are not found, it can have a negative impact on your work. I would be glad to help!
I suggest accessing your QuickBooks Online account using a private browser. I also recommend clearing cache, to help improve system performance and web page loading times, or try another browser such as Firefox, Google Chrome, Edge, or Safari. In addition I recommend checking your customer list to ensure the email address is listed on their profile.
