Mistakes like these are common and I'll be happy to guide you through retrieving a deleted invoice.
While there isn't a way to restore a deleted transaction in QuickBooks Online, you can check the Audit Log to look at the information on it. You can then use these details to re-create the deleted transaction.
Click the Gear Icon at the top right and select Audit Log.
Click the drop-down arrow beside Filter.
Select All Users and All dates.
Under Events, tick the radio button beside the Show only these events option.
Check the box beside Transactions and click the Apply button.
Look for the invoice, and click View.
Click the time to show the details.
Then, re-create the invoice through clicking the Plus sign (+) at the top.
Enter the needed information, and click Save.
