How do i send an invoice with a credit card option link for payment?

If you already have the invoice in QBO then pull up the Customer and find the invoice you want to have paid electronically.  On the right hand side of the screen is EDIT / RECEIVE PMT there is a small triangle - this is a drop down menu.  Click on it and select Share Invoice Link.  This will send the link for that invoice to the customer so they can pay online.  

If you are creating the invoice, instead of Save and Close you can choose Save and Share Link.
