Welcome! Thanks for joining us in the QuickBooks Online community. Making sure that you and your customers are able to receive emails from QuickBooks is an important part of using the program. I'm here to help you sort this out.
Since the emails are going to the spam folder, I recommend configuring your email settings to whitelist QuickBooks and Intuit emails. While you should be able to go into your email's junk folder, open the email, and select that it's not junk, you can also go through the steps outlined in the following article to whitelist these emails: Receive important email messages from Intuit
If the emailed invoices you're referring to are your monthly or annual billing subscription invoices, you can also view those directly in your account when you're on Intuit's billing. Follow these steps.
- Select the Gear icon.
- Choose Account and Settings.
- Pick Billing and subscription from the left.
- Click View payment history.
If your subscription is handled by your accountant, please speak with him or her. Likewise, if your subscription is handled through the Google Play or Apple Store, take a look at those subscriptions to see your monthly charges.
