You can only export your Invoices data

https://support.noterro.com/hc/en-us/articles/360027912712-Export-Invoices-to-QuickBooks-Online

If you need also to import your Receive Payments data to mark your Invoices as paid in bulk, you need an importer tool. Prepare your data with the following template

RefNumberTxnDatePaymentRefNumberCustomerPaymentMethodDepositToAccountInvoiceApplyToLineAmountPrivateNoteCurrencyExchangeRate
128/11/202050245Janice JohnsonCheckChecking101100.00

328/11/20204908Lisa SmithCheckChecking103126.50

then use this tool to proceed.

It's great to hear from you, and thanks so much for taking a moment to post your question in our QB Community, -ignitemassage-c!

You can indeed export information from Noterro to QuickBooks Online via .CSV file format. As of right now, it looks as though Noterro supports the exporting of invoices from their product for import into QuickBooks Online.

To export invoices from Noterro, which creates a .CSV file containing the invoice data, you can use these steps:

1. Click on the Report icon (top left header)
2. Click on the QuickBooks button in the top left sidebar
3. Sleected the Date Range you'd like
4. Click Export (.CSV file created)

Once you've gone through creating and saving your .CSV file, you can import the file into QuickBooks Online by following our guide outlined right here: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-ca/help-article/import-export-files/import-multiple-i...

Be sure to format the fields in your .CSV file according to 'Step 4' of the article prior to import to avoid any import errors or issues. If you run into any issues along the way or need assitance, please don't hesiatate to reach back out to us here in the QB Community, or you can get in touch with our Technical Support Team for live help (phone or chat) using the 'Help (?)' icon > 'Contact Us' in-account.

All the best!
