In the Profit Insights page on the app - I used to be able to click on the bars on the chart which would then show my monthly income. I can no longer do that... was that functionality removed?

I love that you're making use of the various aspects of the QuickBooks Self-Employed app to manage your transactions and have a sense of your numbers. The app is designed to keep you on top of your work, so when a feature doesn't seem to be working, it's important to troubleshoot. I'll help you get started.

 

When the QuickBooks Self-Employed app isn't working quite right, the best troubleshooting step you can take is to uninstall and reinstall the app. By doing this, it clears the app cache and ensures you're on the latest release of the app to ensure the program is working correctly. When reinstalling the app, make sure to choose the QuickBooks Self-Employed one and log in again.

 

If you're still having trouble, I recommend connecting directly with the QuickBooks Self-Employed team. They'll be able to work with you to figure out what's happened. Here's how to contact that team.

  1. Select the Assistant feature.
  2. Type and enter "talk to human" in the chat.
  3. Follow the prompts.
