The function you've described above isn't available in QuickBooks. You're more than welcome to send feature requests by clicking on the Gear icon and looking for Feedback. I also recommend searching for third-party apps that can offer more payments options on our app store www.apps.com.

You can use a 3rd party connector to reconcile transactions from those payment accounts.

Is it possible to link a User with an invoice template? We are trying to figure out if it’s possible for User A to always pay invoices in to Stripe account A, and user B to pay in to Stripe account B, and so on.

Glad to hear back from you. The function you've described above isn't available in QuickBooks. You'll have to manually select the appropriate accounts when creating/sending the invoices to your customers. Feel free to ask other questions.
