I tried looking at the deposits and the link provided but there’s nothing to view. There’s no deposit to click on or anything to view.

When your customer payments have not been received as expected it can have a negative impact on your business. When a customer payment has not been recorded in your books, it could be due to multiple reasons. However, should a bank payment fail to be processed, an email notification would be sent to the principal officer on the account, with details of the issue and instructions on what needs to be done. I suggest checking your email and spam folders for any notifications. It's also important to ensure the bank account is set up accurately. Follow this link to review your QuickBooks Online Payments bank account. In addition, you can review the associated payment failure codes here.
