Welcome to the Community! It's great to hear that you're now taking advantage of QuickBooks Online's features and flexibility to manage your business. It's important that you have the correct plan for the number of users in your workplace. Don't worry, I can point you in the right direction.
You can confirm which QuickBooks Online plan you're currently subscribed to by navigating to the Gear icon towards the top right of the screen, then selecting Account and Settings. From there, click on the Billing and Subscription tab. Here you'll be able to see which plan you have. If it isn't QuickBooks Online Plus, you can upgrade to the correct plan by clicking the Upgrade you plan hyperlink and following the onscreen directions. Once this is complete, you may need to sign out and back in again to see the change go through. If the plan is already QuickBooks Online Plus and you cannot add any users, this may be a performance issue caused by a build up of cache and other site data within your internet browser. I recommend trying the following troubleshooting steps, checking back between each to see if you're now able to add additional users:
If you're still unable to add additional users after following those steps, I recommend reaching out to our support team outside of the Community. That way, they can privately collect your account details and look into what's happening with your subscription. Here's how you can connect with them:
