I have QB Premier 2019 and I need to export all my open sales orders with the addresses so I am using Open Sales Order by Customer Report. But, I need to include address line 3, but it is not on the report, Address line 1 is the customer's name (odd but that's where it is), address line 2 is the 1st line of the address, then it goes to city, state, zip but no 2nd line to the address. Is there anyway to add the address line 3 or is there anyway to change the address line 1 to actually be the address line 1 and the add Ship to name? Let me know, thanks, Wendi

Hello Wendi Jo,
Welcome back to the QuickBooks community. From your previous conversations and your mention of state and zip code, it seems to me you're using QuickBooks Desktop US. The post you've made here is in the Canadian section of community. Not to worry! I'll transfer this post over to my US colleagues so they can help you sort this out.
The best way to make sure you're in the regional version of the community you need is to verify the flag at the top of the screen. Check out my screenshot below of your question here to see what I mean.
Someone will be with you shortly. Take care!
Hello there, Wendi Jo.
I can see how convenient this idea would help you. However, the option to add a line address three and to add a Ship To Name field isn't available. This is how our product engineers designed to filter the reports in QuickBooks Desktop.
I'll forward your idea to our product team so that they might add this feature on our future updates.
If you have additional comments, please let me know. I'll take note of it and share it with our Development Team.

Hi, Has there been any development on this. It would certainly help to be able to use the full shipping address , including ship to address 3 which often contains some critical piece of information.

Martin
Hi there Martinh,
Thanks for joining in on this thread and your interest in adding more lines on the Open Sales Order by Customer report in order to see the full customer address. Looking at the other threads you've posted and commented on in Community, it looks like you're potentially using a US version of QuickBooks Desktop like the person who started this conversation. Don't worry, I'm here to make sure you have the information you need.
If you are using a US version of the software, I recommend posting this question in the US QuickBooks Community. You can start your own post by picking a topic in the Browse by Q&A Topic section on the main page, then you'll see the Start a Discussion button. You can also consider contacting QuickBooks Desktop US support using the information here: Contact the QuickBooks Desktop customer support team
For the Open Sales Order by Customer report generated in and exported from the Canadian version of the software, you should be seeing all the address lines when viewing the Excel file. Here are a couple of screenshots from a sample company file to illustrate this.
Here is the setup on the customer profile through the Customer Centre.
Next, here's a screenshot of how the Open Sales Order by Customer report looks as an Excel file.
If you're not seeing that, the support team can help. To contact support for the Canadian version of QuickBooks Desktop, use the options outlined in the following article: Intuit QuickBooks Desktop software support policies.
Wishing you the best!
Hi, Martin: No address line 3 is still not available in the report for Premier 2019, thanks, Wendi
