I replicated this on my end. I created new categories and associated them with my products and services, and they show up on the Product/Service List report. You'll see the category name under the Product/Service column. Its format looks like this: [Name of category]:[Name of product/service].

Moreover, you can also view the lists or your added categories by following these steps:
- Click the Gear icon.
- Choose All Lists.
- Select Product Categories and check if the categories you entered/uploaded are there.
If this is not the case, can you please share with us what report you're trying to run? It would also be great if you could add some screenshots so I could get a better view of it and provide the best fix for it.
