How do we easily send scheduled invoices to go out at a later day and time? Not the lengthy template way of course. That’s too time consuming for each customer.

The  function you've described above isn't available in the program. I can see the benefit of having the function you've described and I encourage you to send feedback about this to our product developers for consideration. To do this, click on the Gear icon and looking for Feedback. New product features and enhancements are largely based on the valuable feedback we get from users like you. I hear you on this. I recommend looking into third-party apps that can help you achieve certain goals that go beyond what's provided in the program. You can search for these apps on our app store www.apps.com. In the meantime, feel free to ask other questions, I'm here to help.
