At this time, the feature you've described isn't available in QuickBooks Online. I recommend looking into 3rd party apps for sales orders. I can see how this feature would be something you'd like to see, so I encourage you to leave feedback for our developers by heading to the "Gear" icon and selecting the "Feedback" option. Comments are viewed and considered as they create new features and updates for QuickBooks.
