I can longer create an invoice

I’d like to start by welcoming you to the Community forum, Sandra.

 

To assist you better, could you please let me know which page you are currently on or which section of QuickBooks the invoice did not appear in?

 

You can check the Invoices page to confirm whether the invoice was posted in your QuickBooks records. Here's how:

 

1. Click the My apps menu, then choose Sales & Get Paid.

2. Click on Invoices.

3. Ensure that the filters for Status and Date match the details of the invoice you created.

After checking, see if the invoice is present or truly missing.

 

If you confirm that the invoice is not there, the issue can be related to data synchronization or browser problems. You can refresh your browser, then log out and log back in. This will help ensure that your browser retrieves the most current data from the QuickBooks server instead of showing you an outdated snapshot.

 

If the issue persists, consider using another supported browser to see if the issue is browser-related.
