I can make my invoice

Thanks for reaching out about creating invoices. QuickBooks Online is a great tool able to assist in creating and sending invoices to your customers, all while having them in your books. I can provide some information about how to create an invoice.

To do so, click on +New, then Invoice. Enter the Customer, Date, and details of the invoice, then don't forget to save.

It’s not letting me put in the type of service

You can log out of your QuickBooks account and log back in, @Drea54. This refreshes your session and clears any lingering data from the previous session, which could be causing the issue where you’re unable to add a service to the invoice.
