I have entered a specific receipt multiple times, it comes up in search. However it does not show up in expenses or under reviewed receipts.

This also does not appear on graphs on home page. How do I resolve this issue and keep it from occurring again?

To get started, I suspect you may be experiencing browser-related issues that can cause issues such as the one you've described. Clearing cache and cookies helps with fixing most browser issues. You can do this by following the steps in this article: Clear Cache and Cookies. I encourage you to give this a try on your browser when you get a chance.

I have entered a specific receipt multiple times, it comes up in search. However it does not show up in expenses or under reviewed receipts.

This was actually the first thing I tried, Mozilla firefox browser, also updated the browser. No dice :(.

Thanks for trying. Could you walk me through the steps you're following to search for the receipt in expenses?

I have entered a specific receipt multiple times, it comes up in search. However it does not show up in expenses or under reviewed receipts.

I click expenses on left side it opens up a sheet of all expenses. Then I look in the list for the receipt in question, I cannot find it so I use filters to narrow by payee or date etc, it still does not appear. On the home page it does not appear in any of the charts either. However when I use the main site search on top of page it shows as recently entered and I can open it up from there. It does not appear in the Expenses list or Receipts under reviewed either.
